Happy #TransformationTuesday! Today, we are celebrating one of our religious teachers, Ms. Beth, who attended Mt. Notre Dame High School in Reading, Ohio👩🎓. In the 80s, she volunteered as a volleyball coach 🏐 for St. Rita School for the Deaf. A fun fact about her is that she coached one of our current staff members, Roberta Keller, for a few years in the late 1980s when Roberta was a student at SRS. #TeamStRita.

Last week, Ms. Brynn’s class read the book Polar Bear Polar Bear What Do you Hear? 🐻❄️📖

We are excited to announce that our 48th annual Dream Makers Scholarship Benefit dinner is coming up soon on March 23rd. For more information about attending the event and purchasing a ticket, go to the website page:https://www.srsdeaf.org/page/48th-annual-scholarship-benefit-2024 #SRSD

Yesterday, Ms. Gabi's class wore pajamas and watched The Polar Express movie 🎄🚂. They also practiced our song for the Christmas performance.

Ms. Kindra's and Ms. Nanci's class made scented ornaments and delivered them to special staff members. Thank you, Ms. Kindra and Ms. Nanci's class!
